Capobianco & Associates (C&A) provided project management, coordination and structural engineering services for the Reservoir Woods Parking Garage located in Waltham, MA.
The structural system consists of pre-cast concrete superstructure supported on cast-in-place concrete spread footing foundation. The basement level and four elevated parking levels contain 923 parking spaces, totaling approximately 280,000 square feet.
C&A also provided the functional design for the garage circulation access and provided the structural designs for the two exterior stair/elevator towers and the pedestrian bridge which provides sheltered access to the adjacent office buildings.
C&A was the prime consultant for the project, coordinating Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection disciplines.
C&A also provided construction administration services including processing and coordination of all requests for information, distribution of all shop drawing submittal and attendance at weekly project meetings. |
